easing:
need more of that

feet placement:
on the walk he walks up and he slides

stiffness:
work on that try to move every joint in one frame

You need more than just easing, try all the basics. watch some tutorials. Pivetworld has a lot. learn foot placement easing, physics ect. Your low beginner keep trying you will improve.
